2014 Duri's Got Talent

I am always amazed at my children's ability to get up on stage and perform in front of people.  I think they are so brave and I'm so proud of them!  This was Eden's first time playing the clarinet in front of people.

Himlen 2013 Part 1

I took the day off today due to some crazy hours at work the last two weeks.  I was reminiscing about the fun of summer and put these clips together from last summer.  A bit long, but enjoy.

USA Barn Dance

Duri International School's PTO sponsored an international day celebration where the kids spent the entire day learning about the many different countries and cultures represented right here in our school.  The day started off with a parade of nations, then individual country performances or presentations, then they traveled to different country booths where they learned, played games, or created a craft.  After that, all the families met at school to have an international luncheon where we experience the cuisine of over 15 countries!  This video is the USA performance that I organized for the 4th-8th graders.  It was so much fun teaching and practicing with these kids!  They had a blast :)  I was really proud of Marion, she really held her own being the only 3rd grader.  Eden had lots of great positive energy, not to mention some super spanky red boots!  And Dallin, what can I say, that kids got moves.
